3. Changes to itinerary. Changes in route, stops, dates, pickup times or trip duration may affect vehicle availability and the final fare. Please obtain confirmation before travel.
4. Cancellation and refunds. Cancellation and refund terms, including any applicable charges, should be agreed and shared at the time of booking. Contact the team promptly if your plans change.
5. Vehicles and travel. Requested models are subject to availability. A comparable vehicle may be offered with customer approval. Travel times can vary due to traffic, weather and road conditions.
6. Passenger responsibility. Passengers must provide accurate pickup and contact details, follow applicable laws and treat the vehicle and driver respectfully.
